About Capital Choice Pathology

Initially focused on cervical cytology for gynecology and primary care practices, we have significantly broadened our scope over the years. Today, as a CAP-accredited facility, we provide a comprehensive suite of pathology services to hospitals, medical offices, surgery centers and medical professionals. We also distribute control slides nationwide through two major distributors and offer research technical services to select clients.
Our services now encompass a wide range of specialized diagnostic support, including a full range of histochemical and immunohistochemical staining, and molecular tissue testing. We also offer dedicated assistance for outreach biopsies and surgery centers, as well as thorough breast cancer reporting featuring advanced techniques such as fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH). Our cutting-edge digital pathology and molecular testing demonstrate our ongoing commitment to providing clinicians with precise, reliable data for superior patient care.

About Advanced Pathology Associates
Advanced Pathology is an independently organized group practice with Board Certified pathologists, pathologist assistants and histologists. Our pathologists have years of experience in anatomic and clinical pathology and many have sub-specialty expertise.
Experience
APA has successfully managed, directed, and operated clinical hospital and reference laboratories, histology laboratories, and hospital pathology departments. We are community hospital pathologists who understand the demanding environment of an active community hospital. Our pathologists have worked closely with hospital administrations and medical staffs, serving in leadership roles. We have members trained in peer review, and hospital credentialing. Among our members are College of American Pathologists Inspectors, Team Leaders, and System Team Leaders.
